NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [January 11th, 2026]This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
- Customer agrees to pay 50% of the total invoice upfront before work on the Product commences.
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the Product and before final delivery.
- Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
- Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until initial payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.PRODUCT DELIVERY
- Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally via email or file sharing service (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) after the final payment has been received by the Seller.
- Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer may be obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.
- It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.
- Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files.REVISIONS
- Customer has the right to 2 rounds of minor revisions during the sketch phase of the Product.
- Major changes requested after sketch approval (such as changes to pose, composition, or character design) may incur additional fees and extended turnaround time.
- Customer has right to minor edits after completion of lineart/rendering phase, such as changing an eye color or fixing a detail. Requests beyond minor adjustments will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
- Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD/equal to USD when converted.
- It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
- Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's USD account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.TIMELINE
- Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks for icons, busts, half-body, and full-body commissions. Reference sheets have a turnaround time of 3-6 weeks.
- Rush orders are available for an additional 40% fee and will be completed within 1 week, subject to Seller's availability.
- Turnaround times may be extended during busy academic periods (exams, major school projects, etc.). Seller will communicate any delays to Customer as soon as possible.
- Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a timely and responsive manner, responding to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.REFUND POLICY
- Full refund will be issued if Seller has not started work on the Product.
- 50% refund will be issued if only the sketch phase has been completed and approved.
- No refunds will be issued once lineart or rendering has begun.
- Customer has right to request a full refund if there has been no progress communicated for two consecutive months without valid reason, or when Product has not been completed within four months of the initial payment. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergency, natural disaster, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.WHAT SELLER WILL DRAW
Seller will draw: original characters, fan art, humanoids, animals, creatures, light gore, and other subjects agreed upon with Customer.WHAT SELLER WILL NOT DRAW
Seller will NOT draw: NSFW/18+ content, hateful imagery, excessive gore, mecha, overly complex machinery, content that promotes harm, or any other content at Seller's discretion.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
- The Product received by Customer is for personal use only. Personal use includes: using as a profile picture, printing for personal display, sharing on social media with proper credit to Seller.
- Any use of the Product for commercial purposes (including but not limited to: merchandise, branding, advertising, business logos, monetized content, or reselling) requires prior written approval from the Seller and payment of an additional commercial license fee of 50-100% of the base commission price.
- Seller retains the right to use the completed Product in their portfolio, post it on social media, and use it for self-promotion unless Customer requests privacy beforehand.
- Customer must provide credit to Seller when sharing the Product on social media or public platforms.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the Product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the Product for AI datasets, AI training, AI tools, or any present or future inventions in the AI/machine learning space.
- Seller retains full copyright of the Product. Customer receives a license to use the Product according to the terms outlined above but does not own the copyright.CANCELLATIONS
- Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order, under condition of full refund per the refund policy outlined above, without giving reasons to Customer.
- Any disrespectful behavior, harassment, or abuse toward the Seller will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
- Customer may cancel their order before work begins for a full refund, or during the sketch phase for a 50% refund.MISCELLANEOUS
- Customer agrees that by commissioning the Seller, they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
- Seller reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will apply to new commissions but not to commissions already in progress.
- Any disputes will be handled professionally and in good faith between Customer and Seller.
